We are looking for a Strategic Land Coordinator to join our Strategic Land team based at our head office in Waltham Abbey, Essex. 

Reporting too the Strategic Land Director, you will play a key role in supporting the day-today activities of our Strategic Land team and running of the department. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing fee proposal requests / consultant contracts 
• Fee proposal - Identify background information and contact details.
• Liaise with consultants and ensure fee proposals are received on programme.
• Liaise with consultant and Land Manager to close out contract queries.
• Supply chain registration - ensuring all suppliers are registered to allow contracts to be entered.
• Monitor invoice progress, liaising with Land Manager's and ensuring finance is up to speed with current position.
• Organising servicing meetings – day to day for all Director and team meetings and key messages.
• Tasks identified by the Strategic Land director to assist with the running of the department.

Relevant Experience:

We would not be seeking this individual to be making commercial decisions, but experience of commercially confidential transactions would be beneficial.

• Strong Administration skills across invoicing, planning applications and legal and land contracts.
• Strong organisation skills are essential
• Data management – compile, update and maintain database of land contracts, planning strategies and development appraisals.
• Assist in management of Strategic land processes, e.g. land offer, acquisition reporting, sign off meetings, plg appropriate preparation.
• Point of contact for all external consultant, agat, public enquiries related to all land /project management, in conjunction with team.
• Document entry.
