Role Overview:
The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for optimising the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, driving user engagement, and supporting sales and marketing teams in leveraging CRM insights to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM System Management & Development
- Maintain and improve the CRM system as a single source of truth with accurate and consistent data.
- Drive CRM adoption across the sales team, ensuring adherence to best practices and sales processes.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on CRM campaign effectiveness, providing insights for improvement.
- Escalate and resolve recurring technical issues in collaboration with IT and external CRM providers.
- Customise reports and dashboards using Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct user workshops and training sessions to improve CRM proficiency.
- Manage user access rights and ensure visibility settings align with business requirements.
- Develop and manage an international investor database within the CRM.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and ISO processes.
- Maintain high-quality CRM data to support business decisions.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all CRM-related activities.
- Take ownership of the CRM system’s accuracy and reliability, acting as the primary point of contact for user queries and training.
Marketing & Communications
- Support sales and marketing teams by using CRM insights to drive targeted campaigns.
- Leverage CRM data to enhance promotional events and new development launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimise CRM-based marketing strategies.
Financial & Reporting
- Manage and distribute CRM sales reports internally and externally.
- Provide detailed reports to sales teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to track progress and performance.
- Suggest innovative ways to leverage CRM data to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
- Work closely with IT, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless CRM integration.
- Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support to CRM users.
- Manage relationships with CRM providers and external stakeholders.
Success Measures:
- High accuracy and reliability of CRM data.
- Effective troubleshooting and resolution of CRM-related issues.
- Increased CRM adoption and adherence to best practices among sales teams.
- Timely and insightful reporting using Power BI.
- Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders on CRM effectiveness.

Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
- Experience in CRM management, preferably within a sales environment.
- Strong understanding of Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage and train internal teams.
