International Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated International Sales Executive to join our growing team at Hill Group, as a prominent housebuilder with a strong international presence we are looking for a strong international sales executive to achieve and exceed profitable sales targets. To succeed at this role you MUST be fluent in Mandarin, being able to speak Cantonese is an advantage.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role:
- Conduct viewings face to face and virtually, responsible for arranging sales briefing for managing developments, attending sales meetings to provide ideas to enhance sales performance.
- Create and maintain rewarding relationships with all customers, agents and introducers; face to face, on the phone, by email, WeChat and WhatsApp.
- Create specific selling plot documents and update the sale information to clients, agents and introducers daily via phone, email, WeChat, WhatsApp etc.
- Maintain presentation the sales office and all surrounding areas, show/view homes and all facilities for customers to the highest standard.
- Proactively manage every customer so each customer is more than very satisfied with the service they receive.
- Represent the brand to the highest professional standards of business at all times by setting and upholding the highest standards of presentation in all a customer sees, hears and feels.
- Control and check all documentation required to ensure consumer code compliance.
- Liaise with the project and customer service departments as required
- Proactively work to devise and suggest new marketing ideas to drive new lead generation for the development.
Job Specification
- To open show apartments and check they are presenting well
- To generate sales leads, conduct viewings
- To manage the daily report
- Keeping overseas teams, agents and introducers up to date with ever changing availability and pricelists
- To progress sales to exchange – obtaining AMLS and constantly liaising with solicitors
- To pick up new enquiries and send relevant and detailed information
- To update all sales spreadsheets i.e. details of res, reservation deposit spreadsheet
- Doing Market research
- To create sales and marketing tools i.e. plot of the week, FAQ video, Investor video
- To attend sales and marketing weekly meeting – to generate new ideas and incentives
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
- Mandarin speaker is a MUST - it would be an advantage if you can speak Cantonese.
- Experience of the international sales market including direct selling to international investors.
- Track record of driving sales targets through sales executives and estate agents.
- Thorough knowledge of NHBC / HBF Five Star customer satisfaction award requirements.
- Experience of leading responsibility for the sale of all new homes at a particular development and achieve reservations, exchanges of contracts and legal completions in line with sales targets.
- Communicates confidently with members of the team, customers, internal departments, and outside agencies.
- Excellent leaderships skills with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate new homes sales executives and estate agents across various development locations against defined sales targets, sales rates, and budgets.
- Track record of delivering successful lead generation activities including web sites, offline and online marketing activity, PR events etc. after the site has launched.
- Experience of managing external media, presentation , legal and lending agencies against business plans and targets.
- Strong knowledge and expertise of market conditions.
- Leads by example when dealing with all aspects of the sales process from the initial customer enquiry through to reservation and exchange of contracts.
