Site Administrator

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our Bristol team.
Role Overview
The Site Administrator will play a key role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the project site. You will work closely with the Site Manager, project team, subcontractors, and head office to maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and assist with day-to-day site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the site management team.
- Maintain site records, including health & safety documents, permits, and compliance reports.
- Assist with document control: filing, scanning, and uploading site paperwork.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Manage site correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate site inductions for new staff and subcontractors.
- Support the preparation of project progress reports and meeting minutes.
- Track deliveries, materials, and invoices in line with company procedures.
- Handle day-to-day office duties such as ordering supplies, managing calendars, and organising meetings.
- Uphold company standards for confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role (construction/site-based administration desirable).
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Knowledge of document control processes and health & safety requirements (advantageous).
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths essential.
- NVQ/Certificate in Business Administration (desirable).
- CSCS card (advantageous, but training may be provided).
