Hill Group Management Trainee Programme (Degree Apprenticeship) - September 2026 🏗️

Hill’s Management Trainee Programme creates exceptional professionals in the housebuilding industry and enables you to be paid a competitive salary whilst working towards a BSc (Hons) degree.

We offer a wide variety of roles across commercial, technical, production, development and more, and the chance to work on and influence industry-leading projects, with a great support network.

🏗️ Career Opportunities:

  • Trainee Site Manager (All regions)

  • Trainee Technical Coordinator (All regions)

  • Trainee Contract Surveyor (All regions)

  • Trainee Development Surveyor (Waltham Abbey, Essex & Cambridge)

  • Trainee Pre Construction (Estimator or Planner - Waltham Abbey, Essex)

  • Trainee Architectural Technician (Cambridge)

🛠️ Program Highlights:

  • Duration: 5 year degree apprenticeship, combining practical work and academic study

  • Location: We are recruiting across all of our regions

  • Support: Funded degree, designated mentors, teams and more

  • Start date: September 2026

  • Eligibility: Applicants will have Ideally have achieved A-level grades/BTEC Extended Diploma within two years of the September 2026 start date (Including current Year 13 students - Minimum of BCC grades required or BTEC equivalent.

We are accepting applications for all trainee opportunities across all Hill Group sites, regions and offices (subject to business requirements and availability).
