Corporate Trainer - Head office with regional travel
At Hill we are looking for an engaging Corporate Trainer to join our growing team. As a leading housebuilder, we’re passionate about quality — not just in our homes, but in our people.
In this role, you’ll deliver impactful training across the business, supporting both technical and leadership development. Working closely with teams, you’ll help build the skills and capability that drive our continued success.
What you’ll do:
Design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually
Create bespoke learning materials such as slide decks, guides, and e-learning content tailored to business needs
Facilitate onboarding, compliance, systems and leadership training across the organisation
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and data, reporting outcomes and recommendations
Support regional training delivery, including drop in sessions and learner Q&A support
Maintain accurate training records and contribute L&D reporting dashboards
Work with managers and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and capability gaps
Continuously improve training content, delivery methods and the overall learner experience
Collaborate with managers and subject matters experts to ensure training aligns with operational needs and business priorities
What we’re looking for:
CIPD or LPI Qualification
Experience in construction, housing or technical industries
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
Ability to adapt training for different audiences
Strong presentation skills
Full UK driving licence
