Management Trainee Programme
Through our Management Trainee Programme, we are committed to developing housebuilding professionals of the future
Creating exceptional professionals
Our Degree Apprenticeship programme enables trainees to be paid a competitive salary whilst working towards a BSc (Hons) degree. During term time, our trainees will typically work four days a week and attend university on the fifth day. Hill funds the degree so there is no need to worry about student loans or tuition fees, and invaluable on-the-job experience is gained. Most importantly, there is a guaranteed job after graduation.
Performance is monitored and rewarded with annual pay rises, and benefits such as a company car and fuel card are also given as part of the trainee package as you progress and gain more experience and skills.
Earn and Learn
Management Trainees are enrolled on an accredited degree course and work alongside experienced and knowledgeable employees, and are assigned a mentor to guide and assist in career progression. In the first year, our trainees experience hands-on training as they rotate through a variety of disciplines so that all elements of the development and build processes can be learnt.
At Hill our trainees receive first-class training and gain a qualification that will set them up for life. We offer a wide variety of roles and the opportunity to work on and influence industry-leading projects, with a great support network.
