Andy Hill, Group Chief Executive, The Hill Group

Andy Hill is a highly regarded figure in the housebuilding industry. Hill pioneered a collaborative, customer-focused approach to construction in the 1990s, which has become a key part of the culture at his successful privately-owned company, The Hill Group, which has grown to become the second largest privately held housebuilder in the UK, and we are pleased to have retained our 5* customer satisfaction rating for five consecutive years in the Home Builders Federation Survey.

In 2019, Andy marked the company's 20th anniversary by pledging to build and donate two hundred modular homes to local authorities in a £15m campaign to address homelessness in the areas in which Hill operates.

In January 2023, Andy was awarded an OBE by King Charles III for his services to affordable housing.
